Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Associate in Business Operations & Analytics to join a pre-IPO fintech startup that has achieved profitability and is scaling rapidly. The company has raised $240M in funding, grown revenue 70X over five years, and serves over 5M customers. Jerry is building a super app for car ownership, offering insurance, buy/sell, registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking, and AI-powered services across a $2T market.
In this role, you will partner with the VP of BizOps & Analytics (ex-BCG) to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization's most critical initiatives, including carrier growth, product development from 0-1, and operational optimization. You will leverage advanced machine learning models and statistical analysis to extract insights that shape growth strategies.
Key responsibilities include: partnering with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into acquisition strategies; designing, executing, and analyzing A/B experiments on features to inform product and business decisions; identifying and testing levers for profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth; and automating manual processes to improve operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a quantitative or intellectually rigorous discipline, 2+ years of management consulting experience from a top-tier firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) or relevant business analysis/operations experience, and strong proficiency with SQL and complex data analysis. You should be a first-principles thinker, comfortable communicating across all organizational levels from front-line employees to C-suite, and committed to setting and raising the bar for excellence.
