As Senior Associate, Business Operations & Analytics, you will be a core strategic partner driving data-informed decisions across the company's most critical initiatives, including carrier growth, product development (0-1), and customer acquisition. You'll work closely with the VP of BizOps & Analytics (ex-BCG) and leverage advanced machine learning models to extract insights that shape growth strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into user and partner acquisition strategies

Jerry has invested heavily in data infrastructure with clean, well-structured data and a strong data engineering team supporting real decision-making. You'll own metrics, design experiments, and see strategies play out in the real world.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or intellectually rigorous discipline; 2+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) OR relevant business analysis/operations experience; high comfort with SQL and complex data analysis. You should have strong problem-solving frameworks, communicate effectively across all organizational levels, and maintain high standards for excellence.
