Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Associate in Business Operations & Analytics to join a pre-IPO fintech startup that has achieved profitability and is scaling rapidly. The company has raised $240M in funding, grown revenue 70X over five years, and serves over 5M customers with a super-app platform for car ownership (insurance, buying/selling, registration, loans, repairs, parking, and more).
In this role, you will partner with the VP of BizOps & Analytics (ex-BCG) to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization's most critical initiatives, including carrier growth, new product development (0-1), and customer acquisition. You will leverage advanced machine learning models and statistical analysis to extract insights that shape growth strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into user and partner acquisition strategies
- Designing, executing, and analyzing A/B experiments on new and existing features to inform product and business decisions
- Identifying and testing levers to drive profitable, scalable user acquisition and partnership growth
- Automating manual processes and optimizing operational efficiency
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a quantitative or intellectually rigorous discipline, 2+ years of management consulting experience from a top-tier firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) or equivalent business analysis/operations experience, and strong proficiency with SQL and complex data analysis. You should be a first-principles thinker, comfortable communicating across all organizational levels from front-line employees to C-suite, and committed to setting and raising high standards for excellence.
