Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. As a Senior Applied Value Engineer, you will work with strategic enterprise customers to unlock business value through Celonis' AI-powered Process Intelligence Platform.
You will own the end-to-end customer value journey, from discovery through adoption and expansion. Your responsibilities include:
**AI Discovery & Solutioning**: Partner with customers to understand their AI strategy and business-critical challenges. Leverage your expertise in Celonis products and domain knowledge to identify the best problem-solution fit and translate requirements into innovative solutions that drive measurable impact.
**Identify & Frame Value**: Discover and translate customers' strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases. Build compelling demos and business cases using industry benchmarks and best practices. Conduct Value Assessments and Proof-of-Value projects, communicating opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.
**Realize Value**: Facilitate business value workshops to identify process enhancement opportunities. Derive improvement measures across core business functions and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives. Present results and realized value to senior management.
**Scale Value**: Build strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform. Drive adoption and expansion across the customer organization. Provide feedback to product teams on new use cases and platform enhancements.
You will blend deep process and industry expertise with strong consulting and analytical skills, working at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing enterprise SaaS companies.
**Required Qualifications**: 6+ years in analytical roles focused on demonstrating business value through data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment. Ideally in customer-facing roles (Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Management Consulting) at SaaS providers or consultancies, or in-house roles (Center of Excellence for Analytics/Intelligence) at enterprises. Strong knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (SAP, Oracle), experience implementing RPA, BI tools, dashboards, and apps. Hands-on SQL and Python experience preferred. Process Mining tool experience preferred. Experience identifying business use cases for process improvement and deploying improvement measures. Domain knowledge in Supply Chain, Finance, CPG, BFSI, or Manufacturing is a plus. Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills required.
