Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. As a Senior Applied AI Solutions Architect, you will work directly with strategic enterprise customers to identify high-impact AI opportunities and turn them into measurable business value.
You will be the bridge between Celonis' Process Intelligence platform and customers' most complex operational challenges. Working with the world's leading AI and ML partners—Microsoft, OpenAI, Databricks—you'll design, prototype, and implement AI-powered solutions that combine process intelligence with generative AI capabilities. Your focus is on problem framing, solution design, and demonstrating business impact rather than pure software engineering.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying where AI can deliver measurable value by understanding enterprise customers' strategic priorities and operational challenges
- Designing scalable AI solution architectures that combine Celonis PI with modern AI technologies
- Rapidly prototyping and demonstrating proof-of-value solutions to business and technical stakeholders
- Leading innovation workshops, hackathons, and sessions with customers to explore AI transformation opportunities
- Ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and realization of measurable value from AI deployments
- Building deep domain expertise in specific industries (supply chain, finance, etc.) and scaling that knowledge across the organization
You should have 5+ years in solutions consulting, data/AI consulting, technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing solution architecture roles. You excel at translating complex business challenges into technical solutions and communicating technical concepts to executives. Experience with Python prototyping, generative AI architectures (RAG, prompt engineering, agents), and business process knowledge across sectors is expected. A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees in computer science, engineering, or mathematics are a plus.
Critical requirement: Native-level French proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory. You must confidently lead customer workshops, conduct executive presentations, and manage stakeholder interactions in French.
