Celonis is seeking a Senior Application Product Manager to lead the development of Business Apps focused on IT and Oracle systems. You will serve as the bridge between enterprise customers, go-to-market teams, and product/engineering, shaping the future of Celonis' Business Apps portfolio in the IT domain.
In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand pain points in IT operations, with a focus on Oracle ERP (EBS and Fusion), system transformations, and enterprise modernization. You'll be involved across the entire product development lifecycle—from ideation through scaling—using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform hands-on to develop innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with platform product managers and engineers to influence feature development, working with UX teams to define user experience, and exploring innovation topics such as Infrastructure Mining, AI, Cybersecurity, IT Service Management, and Enterprise Architecture.
You should have 6–9+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Implementation Consulting, Business Analytics, Product Management, or Operations Research. Expert-level data analysis skills are required, including SQL, PQL, and Python. Oracle ERP experience (EBS and/or Fusion) is mandatory; SAP and other ERP systems knowledge is a plus. Experience supporting Oracle system transformations (e.g., EBS to Fusion) is strongly preferred. You'll need strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills, with fluency in English and preferably German. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams and with external stakeholders.
