voize is an AI-powered platform that helps frontline workers reclaim time by automating digital workflows. Backed by $50M Series A funding (Balderton Capital, HV Capital, Y Combinator), the company serves 2,000+ facilities with 200,000+ active users. As Senior Analytics Engineer, you will own voize's data infrastructure end-to-end—from warehouse to dashboards. You'll be the first dedicated analytics hire, partnering directly with Finance, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success to establish the company's single source of truth for metrics and KPIs. Key responsibilities include: - Design and maintain layered, tested, documented dbt models on Redshift - Build and operate the company KPI dashboard in Lightdash, plus self-serve analytics for all teams - Own metric definitions and ensure all company numbers are defensible and trusted - Manage the data ingestion layer (Fivetran connectors, ETL jobs) in coordination with engineering - Partner with business teams to translate ambiguous questions into trusted, self-serve analytics - Shape data standards and architecture before the function scales, setting foundations for future hires You bring 4+ years of production analytics experience, ideally as an early or founding data hire. Deep SQL and strong dbt expertise (layered models, tests, CI, semantic layers) are essential. You have hands-on experience with a cloud data warehouse (Redshift preferred; Snowflake or BigQuery acceptable) and a BI tool in production. You're business-facing and autonomous—comfortable proposing metric definitions, defending them, and shipping without waiting for a full data team. You document, test, and monitor by default, and you know how to leverage AI to automate workflows. voize offers a fast-growing startup environment with real impact, stock options, 30 vacation days plus birthday off, Germany Transport Ticket, Urban Sports Club membership, regular company off-sites, learning platform access, free language courses, and flexible hybrid working from Berlin.
