Dashlane is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join its Data & Analytics team in Lisbon. The role is positioned as a strategic partnership between technical data modeling and business strategy, transforming the analytics function from reactive support into a proactive, strategic powerhouse.
Key responsibilities include:
• Build and own complex data models using dbt, designing end-to-end data pipelines that serve as a single source of truth. This includes untangling historically messy datasets (e.g., Salesforce) and refactoring them into clean, intuitive models.
• Drive proactive business impact by acting as a consultative partner to Product, Go-to-Market, and business teams. Move beyond reactive requests to uncover underlying business problems and deliver data-driven insights that drive measurable outcomes.
• Champion self-service analytics culture by guiding stakeholders toward scalable, self-serve solutions in Omni. Push back on ad-hoc requests to upskill the organization and scale autonomy.
• Pioneer AI data agents and automation by implementing AI-driven solutions to automate reporting and alerting for key business metrics, bringing an AI-first mindset to maximize team efficiency.
• Elevate data governance and mentor junior engineers. Implement data quality tests and governance best practices, proactively improve team processes, and raise the technical bar.

The role is based in Lisbon with a hybrid schedule: in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays; flexible remote work on Wednesdays and Fridays. English is the working language.
