As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will be a core member of the Business Intelligence team, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers analytics, reporting, and decision-making across the organization. You'll work closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable data solutions. Key responsibilities include: - Partnering with product and engineering teams to define analytics requirements and establish key metrics - Building executive-facing dashboards that support critical business decisions - Designing and maintaining scalable dbt and Looker data models that enable analytics and domain ownership - Performing rigorous data analysis using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets - Developing and managing the Looker analytics platform - Optimizing data infrastructure and ETL processes for efficiency and performance You should have at least 4 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, with strong SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau. A background in data modeling, ETL/ELT workflows, and infrastructure is essential. Experience with dbt, Airflow, Python/R, and modern analytics tools is highly valued. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively with stakeholders, and can drive insights that influence organizational strategy.
