Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The Analytics team models internal data into reusable entities that drive better decision-making across the organization, building workflows, dashboards, and metrics that create a digital twin of Anduril's operations.
As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will lead the building of Anduril's ontology for specific domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, People, and Sustainment. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the company to collect requirements and write code that produces Secure, Timely, Accurate, Trusted, and Extensible Data Models. Your responsibilities include seeking out problems that can be solved with data and proactively working with the organization to implement solutions.
You will become a trusted resource for Anduril leadership, helping them run their organizations more effectively. Key responsibilities include leading the design and roadmap for the data platform, partnering with operations, product, and engineering teams to advocate best practices, and owning the ingest and egress frameworks for data pipelines that integrate various data sources.
The team uses a modern data stack including Palantir Foundry as the central hub for data-driven applications and large-scale analysis, SQLMesh for data transformations with software engineering best practices, AWS Athena for serverless analytics, Apache Iceberg for advanced data management, and Flyte for orchestration. You'll work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within a defense technology company with a mission to bring cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, and sensor fusion to the military.
