Unite Us seeks a Senior Analytics Consultant to drive measurable customer value through advanced and predictive analytics. This senior individual contributor role serves as a trusted analytics advisor to customers, collaborating closely with Product Delivery, Sales, and Customer Success teams without formal people management responsibilities.
You will serve as the primary analytics consultant for priority customers, guiding them in leveraging Unite Us' analytics and predictive capabilities to achieve measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilities include partnering with Account Executives and Customer Success leaders to align analytics goals, defining success criteria, and embedding measurable outcomes into customer Joint Success Plans. You will lead the development and execution of customer-specific analytics strategies, shape program design and evaluation approaches for priority customers, and gather business requirements for custom data solutions including custom predictive models.
As a predictive analytics subject matter expert, you will support implementation, adoption, and long-term engagement to ensure sustained value realization. You will translate model outputs and complex data science concepts into clear, actionable insights, evaluate customer data readiness, and communicate modeling requirements to Data Science teams. You will lead executive-facing discussions that translate complex analytical concepts into clear recommendations while navigating diverse stakeholder perspectives.
You will advise customers on analytics best practices, data interpretation, visualization, and embedding analytics into day-to-day workflows to advance analytics maturity. You will act as an escalation point for complex analytics needs, support cross-functional initiatives, track analytics adoption and impact across assigned customers, and contribute to developing analytics best practices and reusable approaches that scale customer impact.
Informally mentor and support other analysts through knowledge sharing and collaboration. Contribute to internal enablement by sharing learnings, use cases, and best practices related to predictive analytics and advanced analytics delivery.
Required: 3-5+ years in predictive analytics, analytics consulting, or advanced data-driven strategy roles; 3+ years working with social care, population health, or SDoH datasets; practical experience in public health, Medicaid policy, and/or healthcare delivery; strong background in predictive modeling, machine learning, or advanced statistical methods; significant experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar); SQL proficiency; proven ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences; demonstrated executive presence and experience facilitating discussions with senior leaders.
