Rubrik is seeking a Senior Analyst to build, scale, and govern the infrastructure behind its value economics program—a critical engine that delivers data-backed proof of value to customers considering Rubrik adoption. You will sit at the intersection of technology, analytics, and business strategy, translating the team's AI ambitions into a governed, reliable infrastructure that customers can depend on for major investment decisions.
In this role, you will partner directly with sales account executives and systems engineers to drive value economics adoption across small and mid-market opportunities. You'll build compelling business case presentations and ROI analyses that help customers quantify and justify Rubrik adoption, translating complex data into clear, quantifiable benefit narratives. A key responsibility is establishing governance frameworks for data quality, model accuracy, access control, and audit trails to ensure outputs remain accurate and defensible.
You will facilitate meetings with Rubrik sales teams to identify, prioritize, and quantify business value drivers most relevant to each customer, then work closely with sales to prioritize opportunities based on value-creation potential and deal size. You'll track and report on realized value from adopted solutions, closing the loop from business case to outcome. Additionally, you'll continuously support the build and refinement of AI models and data infrastructure powering the program, ensuring accuracy and consistency at scale, while partnering with data, AI, IT, product, and sales teams to align infrastructure with business and customer needs.
