Salary: USD 116,400 - 192,100 / annual

ServiceNow seeks a Senior Analyst for US International Tax to support tax provision, compliance, and strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Director of US International Tax, you will operate independently in a dynamic environment while collaborating across the organization and with external advisors. Key responsibilities include: - Support quarterly and year-end US international tax provision processes, preparing workpapers for GILTI, FDDEI, BEAT, Subpart F, foreign tax credits, Section 987, Section 174, CAMT, and related areas - Manage US international tax compliance (Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 8991, 8992, 1118), ensuring accuracy and timely submission - Handle tax-related administrative matters including EIN applications, tax residency certificates, W-8BEN, and 8832 preparation - Prepare tax memos documenting tax positions and required disclosures; maintain audit-ready documentation and technical support materials - Develop advanced tax modeling capabilities to project annual Effective Tax Rate (ETR) and cash tax impacts for evaluating cross-border transactions, entity structures, and strategic business projects - Champion an "AI-first" culture within the global tax team by driving continuous learning, identifying automation opportunities, translating tax complexities into technical requirements, and supporting rollout of AI-driven workflows for provision and compliance - Assist with tax audit information requests and responses - Monitor and analyze changes in domestic and international tax laws; assess impact on the company and recommend proactive responses - Support ad hoc projects and special assignments ServiceNow is the AI control tower for business reinvention, serving 85% of the Fortune 500. Requirements: - CPA, JD, or equivalent professional certification required; MST, LLM, or additional advanced degree preferred - 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting (Big 4 or equivalent) and/or industry roles; experience with large US-based multinationals or SaaS companies strongly preferred - Strong technical knowledge of US international tax rules with experience in multinational tax operations, tax provision, and compliance - Excellent analytical and financial modeling capabilities, including tax modeling experience - Solid skills in tax research, technical analysis, and documentation to support and defend tax positions; ability to maintain audit-ready documentation - Strong critical thinking skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment - Team player who builds strong working relationships across departments and demonstrates collaborative problem-solving
