As Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance, you will own the financial model and analysis driving how the company plans, forecasts, and invests. This role spans the five-year operating model, headcount planning, core SaaS metrics, board materials, and GTM finance including sales capacity modeling, pipeline analytics, and commission design. You will report to the Head of Finance & Operations and work directly with the CEO and sales leadership.
Key responsibilities include: owning the five-year operating model and running annual/quarterly planning; collaborating across the business on hiring plans and three-statement forecasts for lender and covenant reporting; owning the sales capacity model and partnering with GTM leadership on quota setting, territory and segment planning, and pipeline analytics; designing and supporting commission plans; owning core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage, sales efficiency, CAC payback, burn multiple, gross margin); building dashboards and self-serve reporting for leadership; and using AI tooling to accelerate modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and ad hoc requests.
You should have 2-6 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or comparable analytical finance roles. Strong financial modeling abilities, ability to build P&L/balance sheet/cash flow forecasts from scratch, and strong quantitative judgment are essential. Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, early-stage operating work, GTM capacity planning, or hands-on AI tools for modeling and reporting is a plus. This is hands-on work suited for someone transitioning from banking or MBB into an operating company, with growth potential into leading the strategic finance function.
