Salary: USD 114,000 - 191,400 / annual
PagerDuty, a NYSE-listed leader in Digital Operations Management, is hiring a Senior Analyst for Marketing Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization. You will own analytics for the company's web and marketing funnel, translating business questions into technical requirements and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include: taking ownership of front-end tracking and reporting, working with web developers to ensure proper instrumentation and identify tracking gaps; analyzing dashboards and providing insights and recommendations to digital and web marketing teams; conducting ad-hoc investigations and data-based analyses; assisting in A/B testing strategy and owning implementation and reporting, with strong statistical hypothesis testing knowledge; actively participating in a collaborative analytics team, supporting teammates in knowledge sharing and QA; and documenting tracking implementations and dashboard creation for transparency.
You will focus on identifying and mapping KPIs across the product-led growth funnel and sales assist funnel in a SaaS environment. You'll work with web and growth teams on KPI mapping enablement, data-driven recommendations on testing and personalization strategies, web analytics tracking implementation, CDP tracking guidance, performance reporting dashboard creation, and insight delivery. You speak the language of both marketers and data engineers, translating between business and technical domains. You provide simple, digestible reports and insights that help the global marketing team drive leads, pipeline, and revenue while maintaining ROI focus.
Required qualifications: 2+ years working with digital marketing and web analytics data (Google Analytics 4, Segment, Google Ads, Google Search Console); intermediate SQL skills; 2+ years testing and experimentation experience (A/B testing, causal inference); 2+ years with Salesforce CRM data; 2+ years creating reports in business intelligence tools like Tableau; project management and autonomous work capability; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred: Enterprise SaaS experience, Git/version control, Snowflake or similar data warehouse, Marketo/Salesforce tools, Google Tag Manager, testing tools like VWO, Segment.io, multi-touch attribution, and marketing mix modeling experience.
The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the San Francisco office.
