Precision for Medicine seeks a Senior Analyst II to develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and SQL programming in support of clinical data management and analysis. This role combines technical expertise with deep understanding of clinical trial operations, requiring proficiency in data visualization, database management, and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize clinical trial data; creating, managing, and optimizing SQL databases and queries for efficient data retrieval and analysis; analyzing study requirements, Case Report Forms (CRFs), and protocol information to ensure accurate data capture; identifying and resolving data discrepancies to maintain data integrity; collaborating with clinical teams to understand analytical needs; implementing rigorous data validation and quality control processes; developing comprehensive technical documentation; troubleshooting data-related issues; and staying current with industry best practices in data visualization and clinical data management.
The ideal candidate holds a 4-year college degree in business, scientific, or healthcare discipline with 5+ years of proven experience in a similar clinical or healthcare setting. Required skills include proficiency in Tableau and Excel, strong SQL knowledge, understanding of clinical trial domains and data management principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills. Fluency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools, knowledge of Python or R, familiarity with clinical trial data and regulatory requirements, and relevant certifications in data management. The role demands high attention to detail, commitment to data accuracy, solid interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance is expected or trainable.
