The GTM Business Operations team seeks a Senior Analyst to drive Public Sector revenue growth through strategic analytics and insights. You will report directly to the Business Operations & Strategy Lead for Public Sector and serve as a critical thought partner and analytical engine for the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with Public Sector leadership to develop and refine go-to-market strategy across government and public sector segments (Federal, SLED, and adjacent verticals)
- Assess market trends including procurement policy, budget cycles, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and drive growth initiatives
- Build and maintain analytical models that assess performance across teams, territories, segments, and products
- Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-enabled workflows and automation to increase analytical throughput and scale GTM activations
- Share data-driven insights and recommendations in business reviews, executive briefings, and planning cycles
- Champion Samsara's cultural principles as the company scales globally
You bring 3–5+ years of experience in analytical roles such as consulting, business operations, sales operations, strategy, or GTM analytics. You have strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, can independently structure problems and analyses, and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders. You're motivated by untapped opportunity, think strategically about AI as a force multiplier, and take initiative in your career development. This role is open to US-based candidates except those in the San Francisco Bay Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington D.C. Metro Area.
