You will serve as a highly organized operator making immigration and mobility work clear, responsive, and scalable. The role splits roughly evenly between two core areas:
CASE COORDINATION AND EMPLOYEE SERVICE (~50%)
Coordinate active immigration, work-authorization, relocation, and business-travel cases with employees, external counsel, vendors, and internal partners. Maintain accurate case trackers covering deadlines, required documents, status updates, and handoffs from intake through completion. Provide employees with timely, compassionate, plain-language process updates; route legal questions and exceptions to counsel or leadership. Surface at-risk cases early and ensure clear next actions. Support external counsel's embedded services through dependable operational support and case updates within approved policies.
WORKFLOW, AI, AND OPERATIONS (~50%)
Build and maintain centralized workflows, intake forms, templates, knowledge resources, and AI-enabled tools that streamline routine work. Own the immigration and mobility case tracker and dashboard, ensuring data quality, reporting, aging-case visibility, key dates, operational metrics, and risk visibility. Convert recurring employee and stakeholder questions into approved self-service content and consistent communication templates. Test and document tools and automations with appropriate privacy, data-quality, and human-escalation controls. Identify recurring friction in cases, handoffs, and vendor interactions; bring specific improvement recommendations to leadership.
Also prepare case trends, SLA performance, employee feedback, and unresolved risks for vendor and counsel meetings. Follow through on vendor commitments and escalate missed deadlines or quality issues. Keep playbooks, templates, and operational documentation current to build team coverage and continuity.
