You will develop deep expertise in the day-to-day performance of Care Operations, using data to identify opportunities, improve processes, and drive better patient and provider outcomes. Key responsibilities include leading complex analyses to identify trends and diagnose root causes, translating ambiguous business problems into actionable strategies. You will monitor Care Operations KPIs proactively, identify risks and opportunities, and advocate for improvements to patient and care team experiences. You'll own analytical and operational workstreams independently, applying judgment to prioritize issues and drive measurable improvements across growth, efficiency, quality, and care delivery. This role is highly collaborative, partnering closely with Product, Medical Affairs, Growth, Customer Support, and Clinical Operations teams. You will measure the impact of launches, experiments, and operational changes, identify iteration opportunities, and drive follow-through until performance stabilizes. You'll present complex findings, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders, adapting communication for both technical and non-technical audiences. Required qualifications: 6+ years in operations and/or analytics, preferably at a high-growth DTC company or consumer marketplace. You need proven experience in analytical and operations roles at rapidly growing companies, balancing quantitative and qualitative inputs for rapid decision-making. Strong business acumen and communication skills are essential, with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable insights. You should have advanced proficiency in Excel, Looker, and Tableau, with experience leveraging AI tools like Claude. Demonstrated leadership abilities and collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring are important. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environments. The company offers competitive salary and equity, unlimited PTO, comprehensive health benefits, ESPP, 401k matching, and team retreats.
