You will lead the product strategy and execution for Classiq's agentic experience—a natural-language interface that lets users describe quantum problems and receive working, executable quantum programs. This is a broad, hands-on ownership role spanning the agentic interface itself, the internal infrastructure driving it, external developer-tool plugins, and integration with Classiq's core synthesis engine. You will also own the user migration strategy from the current platform to this new experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the agentic experience, from natural-language input to executable quantum output
- Define requirements for the internal harness and external plugins, ensuring consistency across surfaces
- Ensure seamless integration between the agentic experience and Classiq's synthesis flow
- Set up and own evaluation frameworks: define what good agent performance looks like, measure it, and feed results back into roadmap decisions
- Conduct user discovery and design-partner research; translate insights into clear requirements and priorities
- Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to sequence delivery and maintain roadmap feasibility
You bring 5+ years of product management experience with AI-powered or agentic products (conversational interfaces, coding agents, LLM-powered developer tools) as a central focus, from definition through production. You hold a BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. You are comfortable with agent architectures (MCP, etc.) and the design tradeoffs of agentic vs. structured UIs. You have hands-on experience with evals, A/B testing, or measurement frameworks for AI quality. You have strong product judgment, excellent cross-functional communication, and genuine curiosity about learning new technical domains quickly—quantum computing background is a bonus but not required. Experience with developer tools, IDEs, plugins, and SDK ecosystems is a plus.
