ServiceNow's AI Enablement & Development team is seeking a Senior AI Engineering Enablement Lead to design and deliver learning experiences that help engineers at all levels—from new hires to senior technical principals—ramp faster and stay current with evolving AI technologies and engineering practices.
You will develop and guide comprehensive AI engineering enablement programs, including onboarding bootcamps, hands-on workshops, technical deep dives, and internal engineering forums. Working closely with engineering principals and subject-matter experts, you'll build and maintain a role-based AI engineering curriculum aligned with organizational priorities and real-world production challenges.
Key responsibilities include assessing capability and skills gaps across engineering teams, translating findings into a prioritized enablement roadmap, and creating hands-on labs, coding exercises, and reference implementations grounded in the organization's production environment. You'll measure program effectiveness through participation, proficiency, adoption, and engineering outcomes, using data to continuously improve the curriculum.
You'll represent engineering enablement in workforce, technology, and organizational planning discussions, pilot new learning approaches, and help scale programs that deliver measurable results. A core focus is building a culture where continuous learning, technical excellence, and knowledge-sharing are embedded in how engineering operates.
Successful candidates bring 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally including tech lead, Staff Engineer, or Engineering Manager roles. You'll have 2+ years training, mentoring, or guiding technical enablement for software engineers, strong hands-on proficiency with AI-assisted development and modern tools, and experience designing technical curricula and structured learning programs. You must communicate clearly with both foundational and senior technical audiences, present confidently to highly technical groups, and engage in nuanced technical debates. Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform is preferred.
