They've been named to Forbes Cloud 100 and Enterprise Tech 30. In this Senior Agent Strategist role, you will lead some of Assort Health's largest and most complex health system partnerships. You'll own relationships from launch through renewal and expansion, working across executive, operational, clinical, and technology stakeholders to improve patient access and organizational performance. Your responsibilities include defining customer goals and success measures, building trust across diverse stakeholder groups, coordinating governance and workstreams between Assort and customers, translating customer needs into product feedback, and traveling up to 25% for executive meetings and onsite partnership work. You'll coordinate teams responsible for implementation, product, and engineering to deliver measurable ROI. This is a strategic account leadership role requiring deep healthcare domain knowledge and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics while maintaining focus on adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare or health tech - Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Implementation, or related strategic role - Proven track record owning complex accounts across adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion - Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, patient access, and provider organizations - Strong executive communication skills and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments - Experience leading programs across multiple teams, priorities, and workstreams - Strong product aptitude, sound judgment, and comfort working independently NICE TO HAVES: - Experience helping customers adopt AI, automation, or emerging technology - Experience building customer programs or operating processes from the ground up - Experience at early-stage startup or rapidly growing company
