As Senior Agent Strategist, you will partner with executive and operating leaders at healthcare organizations to drive adoption and expansion of Assort's AI platform. You'll own a portfolio of complex customer relationships, guiding them from launch through adoption, renewal, and expansion. Your responsibilities include: - Guide complex accounts through the full lifecycle: launch, adoption, renewal, and expansion - Define customer goals, success measures, risks, and ROI delivery plans - Help healthcare executives and operating teams identify where AI can improve performance and patient access - Coordinate stakeholders, decisions, timelines, and workstreams across Assort and customer organizations - Proactively address risks, reinforce Assort's value proposition, and identify expansion opportunities - Build deep product expertise and bring customer insights back to Sales, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams - Improve playbooks and processes that will scale Agent Strategy across the organization - Travel up to 25% for key meetings, presentations, and relationship building This is an opportunity to help define how Agent Strategy operates at a high-growth healthcare AI company, with meaningful ownership and visible impact on patient access and company growth. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of customer-facing experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Implementation, or related role - Proven experience owning adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion for complex customer accounts - Strong executive communication skills and ability to build trust across senior leaders and working teams - Experience leading programs with multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and cross-functional partners - Strong product aptitude, analytical thinking, and ability to learn technical concepts quickly - Sound judgment, clear prioritization, and comfort working independently in fast-moving environment NICE TO HAVES: - Experience with healthcare providers, healthcare technology, or patient access workflows - Experience helping customers adopt AI, automation, or other technical products - Familiarity with healthcare systems (Epic, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks) - Experience at early-stage startup or rapidly growing SaaS company
