Parloa is an agentic AI platform that has powered over one billion customer interactions for enterprise brands like Booking.com, Allianz, SAP, and TUI. The company is building the foundation of a new era in customer experience where AI agents handle meaningful exchanges rather than transactional interactions.
As a Senior Agent Architect, you will be a solution architect for enterprise AI Agent deployments at scale. Your core responsibilities span two interconnected domains: enterprise systems architecture and conversational AI design.
On the architecture side, you will design end-to-end solution architectures that integrate Parloa's platform into complex enterprise environments (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, contact center platforms). You'll build and configure integrations using APIs and integration platforms, applying systems thinking to solve multi-system data flow challenges. You'll collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on custom integration scenarios, apply structured testing to validate architecture and agent performance, and identify and resolve blockers across product, engineering, sales, and customer teams.
On the conversational AI side, you will leverage your knowledge of LLM internals (embeddings, prompt engineering, chain-of-thought, few-shot learning) to translate customer requirements into reliable agent behavior. You'll design prompts, structure conversational flows, fine-tune voice output (SSML, lexicons, regex), and conduct A/B testing to align agent behavior with customer brand standards and user expectations.
You'll also scope AI Agent deployments, provide strategic architecture advice to customers and partners, and document best practices and how-to guides for internal and external audiences.
Required: 3+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles with proven expertise in solution architecture, systems architecture, or enterprise integration. Strong systems thinking and track record solving complex technical problems across multiple systems. Experience with complex SaaS implementations at scale. Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON/XML, API testing tools (Postman), and authentication patterns (OAuth, JWT). Ability to read and consume API documentation and perform data transformation and field mapping. Analytical mindset with risk assessment and problem-solving skills. Strong project and stakeholder management. Entrepreneurial, results-oriented approach.
Conversation design, prompt engineering, and A/B testing experience is a plus but not required—the company will train you.
