Zocdoc is a leading digital health marketplace helping millions of patients find and book healthcare providers. As Senior Administrator, Financial Systems & Automation, you will own the Finance Applications service experience end-to-end and serve as a hands-on NetSuite expert, ensuring the systems supporting Zocdoc's financial operations are reliable, secure, scalable, and user-friendly.
Your responsibilities span four core areas:
**Finance Applications Service Delivery**: Manage the Finance Applications Jira queue from intake through closure, including triage, prioritization, escalation, and resolution. Track backlog, aging, blocked work, and SLA risk, taking proactive action before commitments are missed. Clarify incomplete requests, set realistic expectations, provide updates, and close the loop with requesters. Improve Jira Service Management workflows, dashboards, reporting, intake quality, and escalation practices.
**NetSuite Administration & Support**: Configure and support NetSuite workflows, approvals, roles and permissions, saved searches, reports, and forms. Translate Finance and Accounting requirements into practical solutions that improve accuracy, control, scalability, and user experience. Investigate transaction, reporting, access, workflow, and integration issues. Coordinate sandbox validation, regression testing, release readiness, production deployment, and post-change verification. Maintain documentation for configurations, dependencies, operating procedures, and support guidance.
**Project Leadership & Continuous Improvement**: Manage financial-systems projects from discovery through implementation and follow-up. Define outcomes, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, owners, and decisions. Coordinate contributors across Finance, Accounting, FP&A, IT, Engineering, and external vendors. Identify blockers early and recommend practical paths forward. Deliver measurable improvements in reliability, efficiency, data quality, user experience, or control effectiveness.
**Automation, Controls & Documentation**: Identify repetitive, manual, or error-prone processes that can be improved through configuration, automation, controls, or documentation. Investigate data mismatches and integration failures using reports, logs, testing, and root-cause analysis. Build or improve dashboards and operational reporting for service delivery, system health, project progress, and process performance. Follow change-management, access-management, segregation-of-duties, and audit-readiness practices. Maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, process documentation, testing evidence, and handoff materials.

**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP administration, finance operations technology, or a related field
- Strong hands-on expertise with NetSuite (configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and best practices)
- Experience managing service queues, ticketing systems, or support operations at scale
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data integrity and financial controls
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with Jira Service Management, workflow automation, and process improvement methodologies is a plus
