You will join the Payroll Operations team as a Payroll Administrator II, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery across Pebl's global operations. This role is ideal for someone with payroll operations experience who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and maintaining accuracy throughout the payroll process. Key responsibilities include: - Entering and validating payroll data, including timesheets, hours worked, earnings, deductions, and employee changes - Maintaining comprehensive employee payroll records for new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and tax updates - Reviewing payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies before processing - Partnering with external payroll vendors and service providers to support accurate, compliant payroll delivery - Investigating payroll discrepancies and resolving employee and stakeholder inquiries - Supporting quarter-end and year-end payroll activities and compliance reporting - Following established payroll procedures, compliance requirements, and escalation processes You will work with a growing global team and have opportunities to contribute to process improvements and operational initiatives that drive payroll efficiency and accuracy. REQUIREMENTS: - 1–2 years of experience supporting payroll operations, payroll administration, or payroll data processing - Hands-on experience with payroll systems - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for managing and validating payroll information - Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling payroll data, employee records, and transactions - Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage recurring deadlines and competing priorities - Understanding of payroll compliance requirements and ability to follow established policies and procedures - Experience supporting payroll system updates, testing, process improvements, and operational initiatives - Effective communication and collaboration skills - Ability to partner with internal teams and external payroll providers - High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information
