As Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will own core AR functions including preparing and amending customer invoices, executing special billing reconciliations, and managing partner billing files. You'll coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy and system integrity. Key responsibilities include assisting with month-end close processes, preparing audit schedules, supporting billing system migrations, and conducting ad hoc financial and operational analysis.
You bring 2+ years of accounting experience or a bachelor's degree (business preferred), with SaaS industry experience highly valued. You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and strong Excel proficiency. Experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite is preferred. You're detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and eager to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
