You will own the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle as a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a hands-on role where you directly execute all daily AR tasks: customer setup, contract review, credit checks, invoice creation, payment processing, and precise cash application. You will proactively manage customer collections via email and phone, resolve billing inquiries, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include leading weekly AR aging reviews with internal teams, partnering cross-functionally to resolve customer billing roadblocks and accelerate collections. You will monitor and manage invoicing and payout reconciliations for transactions processed through AWS and Google Cloud Marketplace platforms. You will also oversee sales tax compliance using Anrok for automated tax calculations and state filings, auditing transaction data to ensure accuracy.
You are a strong fit if you have hands-on O2C experience with direct execution of AR tasks, proven customer communication and collections management skills, experience collaborating cross-functionally on AR processes, familiarity with marketplace invoicing platforms (AWS/GCP), and knowledge of sales tax tools and compliance. You should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive—someone who can own the complete AR function and drive collections efficiency as the company scales.
