AppDirect is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to own the end-to-end AR and cash lifecycle for IT Cloud, an AppDirect Company. This role combines transactional AR execution with advanced analytical responsibilities, requiring a detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of financial operations and data-driven insight. Key responsibilities include managing the complete accounts receivable lifecycle: complex cash application, collections, refunds, write-offs, credit memos, and reconciliations. You will ensure accurate three-way reconciliation between NetSuite, bank activity, and marketplace data, investigating variances and identifying root causes related to overpayments, short payments, refunds, and chargebacks. A critical focus is identifying and mitigating revenue leakage risks, including billing gaps, disputes, unapplied cash, and delayed collections. You will partner cross-functionally with Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve disputes, manage credits, and support timely cash collection while maintaining strong customer relationships. You own AR and cash application process documentation and SOPs, identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, and control improvements. Analytical responsibilities are equally important. You will own AR-related inputs into monthly cash flow forecasts, including expected collections, risk adjustments, and variance analysis. You will generate, analyze, and interpret AR Aging, DSO, and key AR KPIs, identifying trends in customer payment behavior across segments. Proactively identify accounts at risk of delinquency or credit limit exposure and recommend preventive actions, including partnership with sales on suspension progression and third-party collection needs. You will support the development of Finance and AR reporting, including bad debt, credit exposure, churn-related impacts, and credit memo analysis. You will provide regular updates and insights to Finance and Revenue leadership, clearly communicating risks, variances, and proposed actions supported by data. The ideal candidate is analytically driven, comfortable navigating large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets, and skilled at surfacing actionable trends. Bilingual fluency in French and English is required, and you operate with high integrity when balancing customer needs with AppDirect's financial objectives.
