The Accounting team at Fever maintains financial accuracy, compliance, and transparency across the organization. You will join this team as a Senior Accounting Specialist responsible for the full accounting global scope with a focus on improving tools and quality of accounting processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monthly bookkeeping of transactions
- Reporting and controlling of entity expenses with correct coding in accounting records
- Reconciliation of monthly revenues and payment processor reconciliations
- Approval of large financial transactions
- Contribution to financial audit processes
- Support of various projects and continuous improvement efforts across the Accounting function
- Management of relationships with external accounting service providers to ensure accuracy and agility
You will work closely with Legal, Operations, and Brand Partnerships teams to ensure every project is properly accounted for and financial data tells the right story. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, globally expanding company while using innovative reporting tools and providing transparent insights.
The position is hybrid-based in Madrid with a flexible work setup that is home-office friendly.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in audit, accounting, or similar functions (audit experience is a plus)
- Experience working with LATAM countries
- Experience with Navision Business Central
- Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
- Proactive, self-starter with clear internal and external communication skills
- Rigorous, meticulous, autonomous, and organized
- Team player mentality
