You will join the Accounting team as a Senior Accountant focused on intercompany and intracompany accounting. This is a build role, not a maintain role—you will help establish processes, systems, and controls that will support the company for years as it scales. Key responsibilities include:
- Process and reconcile intercompany and intracompany transactions across all Anduril entities and business units, ensuring balances are fully eliminated or properly allocated monthly
- Execute corporate cost passdowns, intracompany allocations, shared-service allocations, and management fee calculations with proper documentation and compliance with government contracting requirements
- Maintain and update the legal entity structure in the ERP, including charts of accounts, intercompany agreements, and elimination hierarchies for new entities
- Prepare consolidation schedules, intercompany elimination entries, and related footnotes and disclosures to support financial reporting
- Prepare financial reconciliations timely and research and resolve variances
- Help implement new systems or improve efficiencies with current systems to support company and team growth
- Contribute to the control environment by establishing, improving, and maintaining operational processes over intercompany and intracompany accounting
- Demonstrate a "no job too small" mentality, be curious and helpful to others
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with multi-entity intercompany accounting or consolidations (required)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Highly detail oriented with strong experience in Excel, ERP systems, and US GAAP
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high-growth organization
- Able to get hands dirty to drive organizational change while maintaining ability to manage up against strategic priorities and reporting
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- CPA (active or inactive) and/or MBA
- Prior experience in tech or advanced manufacturing companies
- Familiarity with CAS, FAR, or DFARS cost accounting requirements
- Healthy mix of technical accounting and operational accounting experience
