As Senior Accountant, you will manage end-to-end accounting close processes globally, supporting the Accounting Lead with month-end procedures. Key responsibilities include preparing supporting documentation and reconciliations (cash, prepaids, fixed assets, payroll, accruals), implementing close management software, performing expense reviews with robust accrual processes, and liaising with FP&A on monthly reporting packages with period-over-period analysis.
You will handle daily ad hoc accounting tasks including vendor bill reviews, corporate credit card reconciliation, employee reimbursement processing, cash application management, and payroll coordination. You'll prepare for audit readiness by coordinating with external auditors on global and local statutory audit submissions.
A key focus is driving Finance Transformation initiatives to leverage AI and tooling at scale—enhancing the tech stack to enable cutting-edge AI technology, challenging existing processes, and developing an AI-first approach to accounting operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4–8 years of accounting experience with a mix of public (highly regulated) and private (hyper-growth) companies
- Proficiency in US GAAP
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and build solutions using AI
- Desire to drive operational efficiency to scale the accounting function
- Structured, self-directed, detail-oriented builder and problem solver who can design processes, run them, and improve them iteratively without close management; bias for simplifying and automating processes; passion for building an AI-native finance function
PREFERRED:
- Previous IPO experience with enterprise B2B software company
- CPA license and/or Big 4 experience
- Proficiency with modern office-of-the-CFO tech stack
