As a Senior Accountant, you'll be a core member of the Finance team supporting day-to-day accounting operations for a fast-moving, high-growth business. You'll bring solid accounting fundamentals and industry experience, thriving in an environment where priorities shift rapidly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP standards
- Assist with internal controls, compliance, and audit preparation
- Partner cross-functionally to gather data and resolve discrepancies
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirements
You're detail-oriented, energized by learning fast in dynamic environments, and comfortable using AI tools as part of your everyday workflow. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles, and preferably experience in technology, e-commerce, or high-growth startup environments. Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent written and verbal communication are essential.
Bonus qualifications include CPA certification (or pursuing), experience with modern accounting software, and familiarity with the creator economy or digital marketing landscape.
