As Senior Accountant, you will be a key member of the Finance and Accounting team, playing a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the department as the company grows. You will ensure the accuracy of financial records, prepare financial reports, and support the organization's overall financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support monthly close process with in-month and end-of-month activities
- Manage journal entry input and posting
- Perform monthly revenue reconciliation and posting
- Execute monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts
- Conduct all monthly bank reconciliations and maintain weekly bank transaction input
- Process daily Ramp and BILL entries
- Assist with annual tax preparation, documentation requests, and audit processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to developing best practice accounting procedures
- Support Director of Finance with additional assigned tasks

Requirements:
- Strong understanding and appreciation of the trans experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 5 years of progressive accounting or audit experience
- Understanding of monthly close processes
- Comfort with GL reconciliations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Ramp and/or BILL
- Ability to work in fully remote environment
- Desire to learn and grow in the role
