Key responsibilities include supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; preparing journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations; maintaining general ledger accuracy across multiple entities; assisting with financial statement preparation and supporting schedules; tracking and recording expenses and operational transactions; partnering with the FP&A team on budget vs. actual reporting; investigating and resolving accounting discrepancies; supporting implementation of accounting policies and procedures; assisting with external audits, tax filings, and compliance; and identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and automation.
