We seek a Senior Accountant who combines strong accounting fundamentals with a builder mindset. This is a hands-on role owning core accounting responsibilities while helping scale and automate the Finance function. Key responsibilities include month-end close, multi-entity accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate is curious about technology and has experience implementing or improving accounting systems, automating manual workflows, and leveraging AI and LLMs to enhance accounting processes. You'll balance day-to-day accounting execution with process improvement initiatives, helping the team work smarter and faster. This role offers the opportunity to shape how Iru's finance operations scale as the company grows.
