In this role, you will manage day-to-day accounting transactions including AR/AP, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets. You'll prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and detailed income statement analysis, support financial reporting and audit preparation, and own transactional accounting processes such as Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash. You'll also contribute to developing accounting policies and procedures and support ad hoc projects as the company scales.
You bring 3+ years of relevant accounting experience with a mix of public accounting and private industry background. You have strong GAAP knowledge, particularly revenue recognition for SaaS companies under ASC 606. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and are an active CPA or pursuing licensure. You're proficient with NetSuite, Microsoft and Google Suite, Ramp, FloQast, and similar tools. You're a self-starter comfortable in fast-growth startup environments, with exceptional attention to detail, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to work nimbly with shifting priorities in a diverse team. Prior startup experience is preferred.
This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week onsite at the Santa Clara office.
