Wolt is a fast-growing delivery and logistics platform operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries. The company was founded in 2014 and joined forces with DoorDash in 2022, combining forces to expand globally.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in maximizing partner performance on the Wolt platform. You'll focus on building strong relationships, providing top-tier client experience, and driving growth through data-driven insights and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Driving commercial growth of existing partners
- Overseeing a portfolio of partners to ensure value creation across all stakeholders (partners, customers, couriers, and Wolt)
- Using data insights to identify opportunities, propose tailored campaigns, and provide high-level consultation to boost partner results
- Acting as the key contact for appointed accounts, maintaining strong communication and supporting expansion opportunities
- Ensuring smooth cross-functional communication to align goals and optimize partner performance

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in account development, retail operations, or sales (e-commerce or marketplace experience is a plus)
- Analytical thinking with strategic mindset and strong numerical ability to interpret complex data sets and influence decisions at scale
- Project management skills with expertise in stakeholder management and process implementation
- Proactive, structured, detail-oriented approach with a "can do" attitude
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and local language
