Veriff is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers across the U.S. and LATAM. This is a highly commercial role focused on deep engagement within complex enterprise accounts, building alignment with senior executives, and proactively uncovering growth opportunities.
You will own retention and expansion across your portfolio, creating new revenue opportunities through increased usage, new products, use cases, business units, and geographic expansion. The role requires a hunter mentality—you'll use customer relationships, business insight, and data to identify whitespace, build qualified expansion pipeline, and turn opportunities into measurable revenue growth.
In your first 3 months, you will build a strong understanding of Veriff's products, customers, and consumption-based commercial model; establish relationships and multi-thread across key stakeholders including senior decision-makers and economic buyers; build strategic account plans with clear growth opportunities and executive engagement strategies; and establish a qualified expansion pipeline tied to new products, use cases, and utilization increases.
By 6 months, you will independently own the commercial strategy, retention, expansion pipeline, and forecast across your portfolio; deliver measurable expansion and run-rate growth through proactive opportunity creation; build strong executive alignment within priority accounts; successfully navigate complex enterprise expansion and renewal motions using MEDDICC; and structure and negotiate commercial agreements that balance customer value with long-term revenue growth and NDR.
Veriff is the preferred identity verification platform partner for growth-driven organizations, supporting identity documents from nearly every country. The company is backed by investors including Accel, Alkeon, IVP, Tiger Capital, and Y Combinator, with teams across the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, and Estonia.
