xAI (SpaceXSI) is building Super Intelligence to help humanity understand the universe. The company is developing the full Super Intelligence stack, from Colossus supercomputers to Grok models and applications including Grok Bot, Grok Build, Grok Imagine, Grok Voice, and X. X is creating a world-class team of media professionals and seeks an experienced Client Partner to develop partnerships and business with Chinese advertisers and their agencies globally.
In this role, you will help define and drive X's strategy to grow partnerships with major Chinese brands worldwide. You will drive revenue by developing trusted relationships with customers, creating consultative sales presentations demonstrating how X can help them reach and engage their audience, and regularly updating customers on new products, audience insights, and best practices. You will help customers create and execute effective campaigns, measure results, and renew partnerships to drive revenue growth. You will ensure customers receive the highest level of service, work with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal outcomes, and mentor new team members as the organization grows.
This is a senior individual contributor role focused on account management, partnership development, and revenue growth within the Chinese advertising market, with mentoring responsibilities as the team expands.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience in digital media sales, working with Chinese brands and their advertising agencies
- Established relationships with marketing decision-makers and their agencies
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals and growing a book of business
- Ability to build insight-driven sales narratives that support customer needs
- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Aptitude, creativity, and preference for working in collaborative teams
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Passion for X and genuine appetite to be part of something new
- Preferred: thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines; collaborative mindset with proactive approach to problem-solving and cross-functional partnership
