qlub is a fast-scaling fintech backed by Mastercard, Mubadala, e&, and Shorooq, with $72M raised and operations across multiple markets worldwide. The company has doubled headcount in the past year and is building teams for the next stage of growth.
qlub removes friction from the restaurant payment experience. Guests scan a QR code and pay in seconds—no app, no download, no waiting. The platform spans Pay-at-Table, Digital Menus, Order-and-Pay, Payment Links, and SoftPOS terminals, enabling restaurants to focus on hospitality while qlub handles the full payment experience.
As Senior Account Manager, you will own relationships with medium to large food & beverage partners, driving partner success and acting as a trusted advisor. You'll manage standalones and multi-outlet groups, ensuring performance growth and shaping commercial agreements. You'll identify joint growth opportunities and maintain qlub's position as a strategic partner to top-tier clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for medium to large F&B partners, developing senior-level relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Negotiate and manage commercials, contracts, and renewals with key accounts, identifying win-win opportunities
- Monitor partner GMV, adoption rates, and customer engagement; create and execute tailored growth strategies for each partner
- Proactively identify and address risks including churn, adoption drops, or competitive threats
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver joint initiatives and provide insights on industry trends to influence the product roadmap
You thrive in fast-moving, build-from-scratch environments. You move fast and make strong decisions with incomplete information. You take real ownership and think like an operator, not a coordinator. You're energized by hard problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, enterprise client management, or F&B/tech partnerships
- Proven track record of managing medium to large accounts
- Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and contract management experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including with C-level stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data to drive insights and decisions
- Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Google Workspace
- Fluency in English (required)
Nice to have:
- Experience in payments, fintech, hospitality tech, or high-growth marketplace
- Arabic language skills
