The company partners with 10,000+ publishers and 20,000+ advertisers globally, with ~1,700 employees across 30+ countries. This Senior Account Executive role is based in New York and focuses on driving growth across the Dentsu ecosystem. The position sits within a team responsible for executing an advertiser-first strategy and accelerating revenue growth through strategic agency partnerships. Key responsibilities include: **Commercial Growth & Account Ownership**: Identify and close high-potential revenue opportunities across Dentsu agencies and brand-direct accounts. Navigate complex Dentsu organizational structures to establish deep, multi-threaded relationships with trading desks, planning teams, and executive leadership. Educate partners on Teads' offerings across CTV, online video, digital display, and programmatic advertising. **Consultative Strategy & Solution Alignment**: Align Teads' omnichannel product portfolio with evolving client needs to deliver tailored campaign solutions. Partner with internal cross-functional teams (Insights, Customer Experience, Technical Solutions) to execute campaigns and optimize satisfaction. **Pipeline Management & Operational Excellence**: Maintain disciplined sales pipeline hygiene in CRM systems for accurate revenue forecasting. Analyze RFPs, trade agreements, and performance metrics to optimize account growth and renewal rates. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional partners and take full accountability for managing the complete commercial lifecycle from initial pitches through ongoing campaign performance. Success is measured by achieving regional revenue targets, deepening partner adoption across channels, and maximizing client renewal rates. Required experience: 5–7 years of digital media sales, ideally in video, CTV, or programmatic channels. Strong existing network across Dentsu agencies and direct advertiser contacts. Solid understanding of CTV, OLV, digital display, and programmatic buying. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proactive, collaborative, self-directed approach with comfort in fast-moving adtech environments.
