Personetics is a financial intelligence platform that enables banks to transform transaction data into real-time, personalized customer guidance delivered through the bank's own channels and brand. The platform embeds into existing banking systems, extending their value rather than replacing them. With over 100 financial institutions as clients reaching 150+ million customers across 30 markets, Personetics is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive sales growth across the ASEAN and North Asia regions from the Singapore office.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing enterprise deals with financial institutions in your territory. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation, building and maintaining strategic relationships with C-suite and decision-makers at banks and financial services firms. Your territory covers ASEAN countries and North Asia, representing significant growth opportunities in the fintech space.
You will work closely with the sales leadership team, product specialists, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementations and customer satisfaction. The role requires deep understanding of banking operations, regulatory environments across multiple markets, and the ability to articulate how Personetics' cognitive banking platform solves specific pain points around customer engagement and data monetization.
Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of enterprise software or fintech sales experience, preferably with exposure to banking or financial services. You should have a track record of closing large deals, managing complex sales cycles, and building relationships in Asia-Pacific markets. Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills (Mandarin, Japanese, Thai, or other regional languages) are advantageous.
