Ontra is seeking a Senior Account Director, Growth Sales to drive expansion within its largest existing enterprise customers in the private markets. The role reports to the Managing Director, Growth Sales and focuses on deepening relationships through strategic cross-selling, bundled solutions, and expanded adoption of AI-enabled products and services.
You will own strategic account growth by managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with legal, compliance, operations, and executive decision-makers. Using the MEDDICC framework, you'll uncover customer needs, position platform solutions that deliver measurable business value, and navigate sophisticated enterprise buying groups. The position requires close partnership with Customer Success and Business Development teams to identify expansion opportunities and accelerate growth.
You'll also shape Ontra's growth strategy by sharing customer insights and market feedback to refine go-to-market approaches and support new product rollouts.

The ideal candidate brings either 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales success or 5+ years as a corporate attorney (in funds, private equity, M&A, or leveraged finance) transitioning into a client-facing business role. You should have experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, familiarity with the private equity ecosystem, and a consultative approach to uncovering customer challenges. Experience with AI-enabled services, legal technology, or professional services is a plus. Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
