Salary: USD 190,000 - 225,000 / annual
Together AI is seeking a Senior ABM & Campaign Manager to lead demand generation and account-based marketing initiatives. You will own the full lifecycle of ABM programs targeting AI-native and digital-native companies, from account tiering and buying group mapping through campaign execution and measurement.
Key responsibilities include building bespoke ABM programs for top-tier accounts in partnership with Sales; designing and executing integrated campaigns across paid media, email, content syndication, webinars, and gifting; collaborating with Field Marketing and Events on account targeting and amplification; and developing campaign architecture and messaging in partnership with Product Marketing, Brand, Design, and Content teams.
You will run continuous testing and experimentation across channels to optimize conversion rates, work with RevOps to evaluate and implement demand generation and ABM technology, and own pipeline contribution metrics against new logo goals. You'll build the reporting framework that defines success and communicate campaign performance to stakeholders using data visualization tools.
Required qualifications include 6+ years in B2B demand generation, campaigns, or ABM at SaaS or AI-native companies, with experience marketing to technical decision makers in engineering, IT, or cybersecurity. You need proven expertise in integrated campaign execution across digital, events, content, and account-based channels; deep ABM knowledge including account tiering, buying group mapping, intent data, and orchestration; experience with digital agencies on paid social and search; fluency with marketing automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot; and comfort with data analysis tools like Hex or Tableau.
