As a Major Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth in new and existing customers representing Samsara's largest prospective accounts by total addressable opportunity. This is a full-cycle, enterprise sales role focused on developing executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification through close
- Demonstrate solution-based sales processes in complex sales campaigns
- Handle enterprise deal sizes ($500k+ ARR) and C-level relationships
- Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to expand pipeline
- Champion Samsara's cultural principles (customer success focus, long-term thinking, growth mindset, inclusivity, teamwork)
You should have 5+ years of full-cycle, closing sales experience with enterprise customers, a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts, and comfort with strategic outbound prospecting. Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Finance, IT) and a passion for the operations industry are valued. Top candidates often have awards for achievement (President's Club, Winner's Circle, Top 10%).
This remote position requires residing in the US and living in the CST timezone. You'll be part of a high-performance sales culture surrounded by top performers, working on products including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring.
