Glow is transforming enterprise endpoint security with an agentic-first platform that provides security teams visibility, context, and autonomous remediation across endpoints, applications, and AI tools. You'll serve as a multi-disciplinary security researcher investigating how software—particularly AI-powered tools like coding assistants, agents, and LLM-integrated IDEs—are used within organizations and where they introduce risk. Your focus will span data leakage, prompt injection, supply chain exposure, malicious extensions, and related threats. Key responsibilities include: - Investigating real-world usage patterns of software and AI tools to identify organizational risks - Building data-driven pictures of adoption using telemetry, surveys, and external research to prioritize protection efforts - Designing detection and prevention approaches for identified risks - Collaborating with engineering, product, and data teams to ship security capabilities into the product - Auditing implementations against threat models you develop and refine You'll bring security research or threat research experience, strong data analysis skills in SQL and Python, and excellent written/verbal communication. You have a track record of moving research from interesting findings to shipped capabilities. Experience with LLM/AI application security (prompt injection, agent security, model supply chain, coding assistant security) and familiarity with developer tooling ecosystems (IDE plugins, MCP, package registries) are highly valued. This is a fast-moving environment where you'll take ownership, act with accountability, collaborate openly, and focus on delivering meaningful impact while solving hard security problems.
