GoTo Group, Southeast Asia's largest digital ecosystem spanning mobility, delivery, payments, financial services, and e-commerce, is seeking a Security Operations Senior Manager to lead its incident response and cybersecurity operations function.
In this role, you will lead a team of highly technical security responders and investigators, owning the full lifecycle of cybersecurity incident management, threat detection, and digital forensic investigation. You will manage major incidents end-to-end according to established incident response processes and playbooks, coordinate with multiple stakeholders (business and technical) during active incidents, and drive operational security remediation based on post-mortem findings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the incident response team, providing coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to direct and indirect reports
- Managing cyber incidents across network, endpoint, and cloud infrastructure with timely stakeholder reporting and updates
- Setting team goals and priorities, managing work deliverables, and contributing strategic input to budget planning
- Building relationships across the organization to influence security standards adoption and drive consistency
- Researching and analyzing local and global cyber threats that could impact the company
- Supporting the Security Engineering team and enabling collaboration on periodic security assessments
- Translating technical security findings into business impact language for senior leadership and board-level audiences
You will work within GoTo's CISO function, described as the backbone of trust across the ecosystem. The team operates as "high-performance brakes on a race car," enabling innovation while maintaining cutting-edge defenses. GoTo serves millions of users, driver-partners, and merchants across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record successfully leading major incidents and investigations involving multiple stakeholders
- Seasoned leader with demonstrated ability to manage a team of security responders and investigators
- Experience managing senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and Board of Directors
- Hands-on experience conducting investigations within cloud and SaaS platforms (AWS, GCP, Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, O365, G Suite, containers, etc.)
- Proficiency with SIEMs, SOAR platforms, and security automation tools
- Experience collaborating with Security Engineering teams on DevSecOps, Offensive Security, Cloud Security, and Security Architecture
- Ability to translate technical security concepts into business impact and drive organizational, cultural, and process change
- Plus: Experience in eCommerce, Logistics, FinTech, or Banking industries
- Plus: Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS GIAC, or equivalent)
