Salary: USD 125,000 - 175,000 / annual
Hudl is seeking a Market Director to lead growth and operations of its ticketing business within the Youth, Club & High School unit. This is a strategic leadership role focused on converting fan attention into revenue through ticket sales and advertising on Hudl's streaming platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Hudl's ticketing market, prioritizing opportunities by fan reach, event volume, and revenue potential
- Manage the P&L for ticketing operations, including pricing strategy, sales targets, and revenue forecasting
- Shape the customer value proposition, pricing, and packaging for different customer segments and build repeatable sales motions
- Expand market reach by growing relationships with schools, clubs, leagues, governing bodies, and partners; lead contract negotiations
- Own end-to-end implementation to ensure signed agreements deliver promised value
- Lead and mentor team members; collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to align on ticketing roadmap
The role requires three days per week in the Lincoln, NE office, with flexibility for remote work on other days.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the sports technology industry with a strong track record of high performance
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage P&Ls, and expand into new markets (ideally with ticketing product experience)
- Strong collaborative leadership skills with ability to manage internal alignment and guide teams toward critical goals
- Excellent cross-functional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership
- Hands-on contract negotiation and strategic partnership-building experience
