Zscaler is seeking a Security-Compliance Program Manager to join the Global Security Compliance department, reporting to the Director of Global Security-Compliance Practice. This is a customer-facing, field-engaged role—not a back-office function. You will represent the compliance practice directly with customers through calls, webinars, and conferences, translating how compliance frameworks accelerate deals rather than slow them down. You'll map compliance frameworks (Zero Trust, GDPR, NIST, PCI, HIPAA, and others) to Zscaler platform capabilities control by control, using published methodology to clearly label what the platform meets, partially meets, supports, or leaves to the customer. Key responsibilities include: - Represent the practice with customers, demonstrating how compliance drives deal velocity - Build reusable playbooks and assets from deal learnings for broader field enablement - Educate Sales Engineers and Account Executives to handle routine compliance conversations independently - Act as a security-compliance first responder: complete vendor security questionnaires and customer assessments accurately and quickly, assembling supporting evidence and documentation - Distill complex technical and compliance concepts into clear, actionable communication You will operate at the intersection of security, data protection, and compliance, helping customers navigate frameworks while keeping data security central to every discussion. This role requires balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution, thriving in fast-paced environments, and maintaining composure while guiding teams through complexity. Zscaler (NASDAQ: ZS) is a cloud security leader whose Zero Trust Exchange platform protects thousands of customers globally. The company is building an AI-native enterprise where human potential is amplified by machine intelligence. REQUIREMENTS: - Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions - Zscaler product understanding or demonstrated ability to build it quickly - Global compliance fluency with working knowledge of major frameworks (NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, DORA, GDPR, or regional equivalents) and ability to pick up new frameworks rapidly - Comprehensive understanding of security, data security, and compliance, including security architecture, data protection in motion and at rest, and how compliance frameworks formalize both - Ability to translate between technology, compliance, business, and sales perspectives - Field credibility with experience in or with sales/customer-facing teams; bias toward executing quickly rather than waiting for perfection PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive measurable operational efficiency - Compliance or security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, ISO 27001 LA, CCP, CCA, or similar) - Experience in federal, SLED, healthcare, or other regulated industries; US security clearance eligibility a plus - Experience presenting at industry events or building enablement content
